Tax-Exempt Customers

We are happy to support tax-exempt organizations. To ensure your purchase is processed correctly, you have two options:

Option 1: Standard Refund Process

Complete your purchase through our website as usual.

Email us a copy of your valid tax-exemption certificate and your order number.

Once we verify your documentation, we will issue a full refund of the sales tax to your original payment method within [3–5] business days.

Option 2: Local Exemptions

If your organization is located within a specific jurisdiction where we have established manual tax rules (such as specific local zip codes), the tax may be automatically excluded at the register. Please contact us prior to your first order to see if your account or location qualifies for pre-authorized tax-exempt status.
